This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment-related issues are handled for courses and services offered by Clusters Academy. By enrolling in a course or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Enrollment and Payments
Payments for courses are processed securely through our online payment partner (Razorpay) or other approved payment methods.
Course fees, batch schedules, and start dates are shared at the time of enrollment or counseling.
Cancellation Before Course Start
If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Requests must be made in writing by email.
- A processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation After Course Start
If you cancel after the course has started, refunds are generally not provided.
However, in certain cases (such as medical or personal emergencies), Clusters Academy may review the request on a case-by-case basis.
Batch Transfers and Deferrals
If you are unable to continue with your current batch, you may request to:
- Transfer to a future batch, or
- Defer your enrollment
Such requests are subject to availability and approval. Additional fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are typically non-refundable:
- Registration or booking fees (if applicable)
- Fees for classes already attended
- Digital materials or course content that has already been accessed
Payment Failures and Duplicate Payments
If a payment is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, or if a duplicate payment occurs, please contact us with transaction details. We will verify the issue and process a refund where applicable.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Placement and Outcome Disclaimer
Refunds are not provided based on job placement outcomes, salary expectations, or hiring decisions made by employers.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All requests must be sent by email with the following details:
- Full name
- Course enrolled
- Payment date and transaction ID
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
